At Gadgetz Aura, customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Eligible Returns

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • The product was used, damaged, or mishandled by the customer.
  • The product is returned without its original packaging or accessories.
  • The return request is made after 7 days.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa, depending on the customer's preference.
  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Exchange Policy

If the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of charge, subject to stock availability.
