Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver all across Pakistan.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

COD orders may require verification before dispatch.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad: 2–4 Business Days
• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown during checkout.

We may offer Free Shipping during promotional campaigns or on selected products.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number through SMS, WhatsApp, or Email (where applicable).

Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver because of:

• Incorrect address
• Customer unavailable
• Phone not reachable

the parcel may be returned to us. Re-dispatch may require additional shipping charges.

Parcel Inspection

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are requested to inspect the parcel packaging before accepting delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, please contact us immediately.
